Rungs two and three

Some of this is better not done alone.

Two kinds of thing sit on this rung. Programmes with people alongside you, and professional education for the people who do this work. Both build on the core rather than replacing it.

See the supported programmes → Or the professional training →

What this rung is for

Two reasons to be here.

You want people alongside you

Live calls, a cohort, or one to one guidance. Not because the material is harder, but because some work goes better when you are not doing it in silence.

You do this work professionally

You see clients, teach, or design what others teach. You need the literacy and the ethical frame, not another self help course.

Either way, start where you like

Nothing here requires the core rung first. The rungs describe depth of support, not a sequence you have to climb.

Supported

With people alongside you.

A cohort, live sessions, or individual guidance. The same material as the core rung, held differently.

Supported Founding cohort, 1 October 2026 Live calls

Common questions

Asked quietly, answered plainly.

Do I need to do the core rung first?
No. The rungs describe how much support comes with the material, not a required order. Everything on this page is complete in itself, and none of it assumes you have bought anything else.
What is the difference between the two RECLAIMED options?
Supported at $697 gives you the full course with guidance alongside it, for reflection and integration. Guided at $1,997 adds live sessions and a community. Both are trauma informed, both are paced entirely by you, and both let you opt out of any practice.
Is any of this therapy?
No. All of it is education, designed to inform rather than prescribe. It sits alongside professional support and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please seek that first.
Will the RECLAIMED material ask me to relive what happened?
No. It never asks you to revisit or describe the event. It works with what your body is doing now. The course introduction covers your safety before it covers anything else, and your pacing plan comes before any body work begins.
Can I use the professional material in my practice?
Yes, within your existing scope. Both carry a Certificate of Completion and build literacy and confidence, but neither trains you as a therapist or clinician and neither confers a clinical qualification.
What if I cannot make the live calls?
On The Shift Method, participation is optional and anonymous questions are welcome. The material is yours regardless of how much of the live element you attend.
Can I get a refund?
On The Shift Method, complete the first two weeks and email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, and keep the printed workbook. Refund terms for the other programmes are confirmed at checkout, and your statutory consumer rights apply regardless.

The School of Sexual Wellness provides education and wellbeing support. It is not therapy or counselling, does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and is not a replacement for clinical or professional care. Questions about any of this go to Support and FAQs.

Not sure this is the right rung

Two questions will tell you.

If you are weighing this against the core rung, the two questions on the Academy page give you one answer rather than five options.
