Three rungs, in order

You do not have to know where to begin.

Everything here sits on three rungs. Core programmes to start with, a supported tier when you want people alongside you, and small tools you can pick up on their own. Answer two questions and we will point you at one thing.

Common questions

Asked quietly, answered plainly.

Do I need any prior knowledge?
None. Every course begins from the assumption that no one taught you this properly, because for most people no one did. The only exception is the Embodiment Lab, which sits inside The Personal Pathway after the foundational material for that reason.
Do I have to start at rung one?
No. The rungs describe depth of support, not a required order. Plenty of people start with a free guide, and some go straight to the supported tier. The Shift Method includes its own workbook, so nothing is wasted whichever way you come in.
Is this therapy?
No. This is education, designed to inform rather than prescribe. It sits alongside professional support and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, diagnosis, or treatment.
How private is it?
Entirely. You learn on your own, in your own time, and nothing is visible to anyone else. On The Shift Method, which has live calls and a community, participation is optional and anonymous questions are welcome.
Are the free guides really free?
Yes. They are complete resources, not trial versions or teasers, and no card is required. You can take one and never buy anything else.
What if the material feels difficult?
Courses are paced and trauma informed by design. Stop, skip a section, and return whenever you are ready. Nothing is time limited in a way that punishes you for pausing.
Can I get a refund?
On The Shift Method, complete the first two weeks and email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, and keep the printed workbook. Refund terms for the pathways are confirmed at checkout, and your statutory consumer rights apply regardless.
Can I use the practitioner material professionally?
Yes, within your existing scope of practice. It builds literacy and confidence and carries a Certificate of Completion, but it does not train you as a therapist or clinician and does not confer a clinical qualification.

The School of Sexual Wellness provides education and wellbeing support. It is not therapy or counselling, does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and is not a replacement for clinical or professional care. Questions about any of this go to Support and FAQs.
