How to take it
BALNC: two capsules daily with meals. GLYX: two capsules daily with water. CLMX: three capsules daily; evening suits most people. CORE: one capsule daily. SENX: two capsules daily with water.
Important safety information
- BALNC and SENX contain botanicals that may have hormone like effects, including dong quai, red clover, black cohosh and soy isoflavones. If you take hormone therapy or the contraceptive pill, or have a history of hormone sensitive cancer, speak with your doctor before use.
- GLYX contains berberine, which can lower blood glucose and interacts with many medicines, including diabetes medication. SENX contains ginkgo and L arginine, which can affect blood clotting and blood pressure. If you take any prescription medicine, including blood thinning, blood pressure, heart or diabetes medication, or are due to have surgery, speak with your doctor before use.
- SENX contains ashwagandha. If you have a thyroid or liver condition, or take thyroid medication, speak with your doctor before use. SENX contains L phenylalanine and is not suitable for people with phenylketonuria.
- Contains soy. Excess magnesium may have a laxative effect.
- Not suitable for anyone under 18. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a health condition, speak with your doctor before use.
